We took our last trip up to Rome a few weeks before we moved. It was a great weekend and very bittersweet. We wanted to go again in the hopes that JJ might be old enough to actually remember some of the amazing things on this last time in Rome. It was a little rainy, but that didn't stop us from seeing all the main ancient sights.
The Trevi Fountain is under major construction right now. We are very glad that this wasn't our first time seeing it or I would have cried! Could you imagine if you waited your whole life to see this amazing fountain and you walked around the corner and saw this?!?!?!? There wasn't even any water in it!!!
We joke that Owen and Preston have now been nursed in places that most Americans have never even been!
We did take some time to relax in the hotel : )

The pictures make me happy and sad all at the same time - happy that you got these amazing experiences and sad that you have to say "good-by" to them. I cannot believe the Trevi fountain! I hope they have it done by the summertime or there could be a riot! And a rabbit playing the accordion? Pretty talented!!!
